PARTNERS AND REVENUE MODEL

We currently have a partnership with the Battery500 Consortium. We need to build a strategic alliance with Solid Power so that they can help us in completing our research and development process on our solid-state battery invention. Solid-State batteries partnerships are unique because start-ups partner with car manufacturers, such as Solid Power collaborating with Ford, and then their partner eventually becomes their customer once the product is ready for use. For example, Ford is currently helping Solid Power reach its commercializations stage and once Solid Power's ASSB's are ready for use, Ford will put them in its Electric Vehicles, then sell the Ford EV's with Solid Power's Solid-State battery. Similarly, we have decided to create strategic partnerships, starting with partnering with Solid Power to finish our organic Solid State battery.

- Solid Power has the most resources and experience than anyone else in the Solid-State battery market

- Being backed by Solid Power can be a mutually beneficial relationship to both parties because we can take our product towards testing, casing, and commercialization

- By working with Solid Spark, Solid Power can mark its foot in using organic materials in Solid-State Batteries

We are looking for:

- Corporate funding commitment of $500,000 from our partner for our first prototype. This includes development collaboration, testing of prototype cells and representation of Solid Power on the Solid Spark board of directors

- Forming a Joint-Venture to prepare for the mass production of solid-state batteries

Partner Expectations:

Energy / Capacity: > 300 mile range

Fast Charging: Charge in < 15 minutes

Cost: < $30K, 300 mile EVs

Battery Lifetime: > 12 years, > 150,000 miles

Safety: Solid, non-oxidizable separator

Revenue Model:

- Since Solid-State batteries haven’t been launched and tested in the consumer market yet, total market revenue has been calculated by net adoption of solid-state batteries and revenue deployed for research and development in next-generation solid-state batteries of higher capacity.

- Solid Spark Revenue Model: The customer (battery manufacturing company) can either fund Solid Spark to build our ASSB in our labs or let us into their labs for our research and development

- The batteries will be purchased by electric vehicle manufacturers, who will sell their vehicles with our batteries already installed in them; our customers aren’t the EV end-users, rather the EV manufacturers

- 100% of sales will be to Electric Vehicle end-users

- Year 1 of Revenue: 2025

- Additional targets: Energy generation and storage segment
